2. Using this website
You may browse this website for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it in a way that could damage or impair it. We may suspend or withdraw the website, or any part of it, at any time without notice.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the A.I.M. Method, course and programme materials, frameworks, workbooks, videos, podcast content, text, graphics and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell or create derivative works from any of it without our prior written permission. Materials provided as part of a course, programme or session are for your personal use only and may not be shared with others.
4. Bookings, prices and payment
Prices for services, tickets, courses and memberships are shown on the website at the point of purchase and, unless stated otherwise, are in pounds sterling. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your full card details. A booking or purchase is confirmed once payment has been received. We may correct pricing errors and change prices for future purchases at any time.
5. One-to-one services and coaching
Sessions such as the Power Hour and the LinkedIn Optimisation Intensive are paid in advance. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed sessions, or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, may not be refunded or rescheduled. Session times are agreed with you after booking and are subject to availability.
Coaching, advisory and strategy sessions provide professional guidance based on your circumstances, but outcomes depend on your own decisions and actions. Nothing provided constitutes legal, financial, tax, medical or other regulated professional advice, and no specific results are guaranteed.
6. Events and tickets
Event tickets are for the named event, date and venue shown at purchase. Tickets are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise, and any specific terms shown on an event page apply in addition to these terms. If we have to cancel an event, you will be offered a transfer to a rescheduled date or a refund of the ticket price. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs. Events may be photographed or recorded; see our Privacy Policy for how we handle images and recordings.
7. Courses, programmes and digital content
Access to online courses, programmes and digital content is personal to you and must not be shared. Access begins when we make the content available to you after purchase. Unless a course page states otherwise, access is provided for as long as the course remains available on our platform. We may update, improve or retire content over time.
8. Memberships
Memberships (such as Exec Branch membership) renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and your membership will remain active until the end of the period already paid for. Membership benefits are personal to you and may evolve over time.
9. Cancellations and refunds
If you buy as a consumer in the UK you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. This right does not apply, or may be lost, where: services are fully performed within the cancellation period with your agreement; you access digital content after acknowledging that access waives the right to cancel; or the purchase is a ticket for an event on a specific date. Where a cooling-off refund applies to a service already partly delivered, we may deduct an amount for the work done. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. To request a cancellation or refund, contact info@ruthkudzai.co.uk.
10. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when making bookings or submitting forms, to attend booked sessions on time, and to behave respectfully towards other attendees, staff and partners at events. We may refuse entry to, or remove from, an event anyone behaving in a way that is unsafe, unlawful or disruptive, without refund.
11. Testimonials, feedback and submissions
Where you give us feedback, a testimonial or other content and grant consent, you give us a non-exclusive licence to use it (including your name and organisation where agreed) on our website, social media and marketing materials. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, and we will stop future use.
12. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit or loss of opportunity, and our total liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. The website is provided on an “as is” basis and we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
13. Third-party links and tools
The website may link to or embed third-party platforms (for example payment providers, podcast players, video platforms and booking tools). We are not responsible for their content or their terms, which apply in addition to ours when you use them.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date of the most recent update shown at the top. Changes do not affect purchases already made.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, although consumers resident elsewhere in the UK may rely on the protections of their local law.
